TermMax caught my attention for a simple reason: the numbers are interesting, but the structure may be more important.

TVL is around $33M, with roughly $22M already in active loans. That tells me people are actually borrowing, but it still doesn't prove that fixed-rate lending has become a real habit.

What I find more interesting is the ability to lock in a borrowing rate until a specific maturity instead of constantly dealing with changing pool rates.

That could become more useful as tokenized stocks and other real-world assets move onchain.

Still, I’m watching one thing closely: what happens when these loans mature.

Do borrowers leave, or do they come back for another term?

For me, that will be the real signal.
