I came across Dusk thinking it was simply another privacy blockchain, but the more I looked into it, the more I realized I was oversimplifying the idea. What caught my attention was the focus on confidential smart contracts and the question of what actually needs to stay private in financial applications.
To me, privacy does not always mean hiding everything. Sometimes it means proving that something is valid without exposing every detail behind it. That balance between verification and confidentiality is what made Dusk more interesting to me.
I’m still not convinced that the technical idea alone is enough. Real adoption, useful applications, developers, and actual usage will matter much more over time. But I like the question Dusk is trying to explore: can financial activity remain verifiable without forcing every detail into public view?
That is the part of @Dusk_Foundation Foundation I found myself thinking about after looking deeper. $DUSK #dusk
