Roadmaps show the future.

Researchers also look backward.

**What was promised?
What shipped?
What changed?**

Dusk’s strategy has evolved over time.

The ecosystem has increasingly focused on:

→ DuskEVM
→ Regulated trading
→ RWA infrastructure
→ Institutional markets

Strategy changes are not automatically bad.

Protocols need to adapt.

But from an investor perspective, there is another metric:

**Execution consistency.**

A roadmap is useful only when we compare expectations with delivery.

That’s why I’m not treating every announced feature as a completed product.

I want to separate:

**Planned**

from

**Built**

from

**Used**

That distinction becomes extremely important when evaluating Dusk.
