MemeCore announced a $1 billion strategic deal with Nasdaq-listed crypto infrastructure asset management company ZeroStack. MemeCore will contribute related assets in exchange for ZeroStack equity and pre-funded warrants. The deal aims to connect the MemeCore ecosystem with U.S. public capital markets.
