Sharp breakout spike from that base around 0.0086, and even after the pullback from the wick high it's holding well above the old range. That green line at 0.0086 is now the key support to defend the breakout.
That said, this was a fast vertical move so it could still cool off and retest lower before continuing — the stop below the breakout line covers that.
