My take on TermMax:
@TermMax is bringing something genuinely different to DeFi lending. Most lending protocols run on variable rates, but TermMax locks in fixed-rate borrowing and lending — lenders know exactly what yield they'll earn, and borrowers know exactly what they'll pay, for the entire term. It's essentially an attempt to bring traditional fixed-income markets on-chain.
It's live across multiple chains including Ethereum, Arbitrum, and BNB Chain, and its curator vault system lets regular users earn yield passively without actively managing positions themselves — institutional curators like MEV Capital and Keyrock are already running vaults on it. More recently, TermMax Alpha launched, letting users take leveraged positions on Binance Alpha tokens with zero liquidation risk, paying only a fixed premium upfront.
Fixed-rate DeFi is still a relatively underexplored space, and TermMax looks like it's building solid infrastructure for it.
