On Dusk what caught your attention about the architecture? A few things distinguish it from typical "privacy coin" projects if thats the direction you are headed
Dusk is not trying to put everything into one execution layer. Instead it’s taking a modular approach where each layer has a specific job.
The vision is built around three layers:
DuskDS → consensus, data availability and settlement
DuskEVM → EVM execution
DuskVM → future privacy focused execution
For me, this separation is the most interesting part.
Financial applications do not just need privacy. They also need predictable settlement familiar developer tooling and confidential transactions.
With DuskEVM, Solidity developers and existing EVM applications can have a more familiar environment to work with while DuskDS provides the settlement foundation.
Then there’s DuskVM which is being designed specifically for privacy focused workloads.
Another thing that caught my attention is the plan for a single $DUSK token across all three layers, alongside a native bridge designed to move value between them without relying on wrapped assets or custodians.
Thats why I am starting to see Dusk as more than just a privacy project.
The bigger story in my view is how #Dusk is trying to make blockchain infrastructure more modular developer friendly and practical for real financial applications.
That’s what makes @Dusk_Foundation worth watching
