Win / Loss

What went well?
What went wrong?
What will you improve?

🧠 THE GOAL

Don't journal just to count your profits.
Journal to find your patterns.
If you repeatedly make the same mistake, your journal should expose it.

Don't judge yourself by one trade.
Judge yourself by your process and consistency over many trades.
