Been looking into TermMax a bit more, and I think the fixed-rate part is what caught my attention.

In DeFi, rates can move around pretty quickly, so knowing the rate beforehand can make things feel a lot more predictable when planning a loan or lending position.

I’m still learning about the platform myself, so I’m not going to pretend I know everything. I’ll just share the interesting stuff I come across and see how the project develops.

Curious to hear what others think about the idea too.
