The list also includes Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, and EXMO.
Any attempted transfers after the cutoff may trigger compliance reviews and potential wallet restrictions.
