@Dusk_Foundation Trade is buildng the market layer for tokenized financial assets on Dusk.

The goal goes beyond puttng traditional assets on a blockchain. The platform is designed around real financial-market workflows investor onboarding, eligibility checks, wallet binding, controlled transfers, payment cordination and settlement.

and the asset universe includes money-market funds, ETFs, bonds and other real-world assets. The thesis is simple regulated securities can move on-chain while keeping the compliance and market infarstructure they actually need.

Dusk targets fast, deterministic settlement, with 10-second finality. Its architecture also suports delivery-versus-payment workflows, giving regulated assets a much faster settlement path.

the privacy layer is where Dusk stands out for institutions. Zero-Knowledge infrastructure keeps sensitive transaction details private while enabling selective disclosure for compliance. Citadel handles ZK-based identity and KYC, allowing investors to prove eligibility without repeatedly exposing sensitive personal data.

On the processing side, the proposed flow combines Citadel ZK-KYC with Dusk’s consensus and DvP settlement...

The figures shared for this architecture suggest 16 cryptographic validation rounds taking 18 seconds, followed by Dusk’s 3-phase SBA consensus process. Combined, that gives a theoretical 28-second end-to-end automation loop versus 86,400+ seconds for a minimum 24-hour traditional T+1 workflow.

Dusk also partnered with NPEX, a Dutch regulated securities exchange and MTF, alongside Cordial Systems, to explore blockchain-based issuance, trading, custody and settlement. Dusk cites €200M+ in confirmed NPEX issuance and 20,000+ investors.

DuskEVM adds an EVM-compatible environment for Solidity developers, while DUSK powers network activity and gas.

and curently Dusk Trade is building whil DuskEVM is Testnet.

The aim is clear regulated financial markets rebuilt on-chain with privacy, compliance, composability and deterministic settlement at the core.
