That reminded me of @Dusk ’s Succinct Attestation. If 100 provisioners vote and 67 are enough for quorum, multiple groups could form valid attestations.
So which one counts?
That’s where the Block Certificate matters: it turns one valid attestation into the consensus record carried forward.
The more I study @Dusk , the more I see another interesting idea: reducing reconciliation across fragmented financial records.
If regulated assets can share a common on-chain state for issuance, eligibility, transfers, settlement, and compliance, $DUSK could help make the whole lifecycle more coordinated.
