Good part:

Hyperlane is doing real infrastructure work. Interoperability across like 150 chains. It's not a meme, it's not vaporware. The tech is actually impressive.

Bad part:

The recent pump wasn't about fundamentals. It was about short squeezes and hype. The price moved first, then the narratives followed. The project itself didn't announce anything new. The community discussion exploded but it was all about the price action, not the protocol. That structure is fragile. If the funding rates normalize, this could dump just as fast. The vibe is "excited but nervous."
