A parcel can leave a warehouse, but returning it through the receiving desk is a separate step. bStocks have a similar boundary.
Binance says $MSTRB may be held and transferred on chain outside the central securities depository environment.
That does not make its return to the CSD automatic.
Transfer back is subject to conditions. If those conditions are not fulfilled, the holder may be unable to trade, redeem or otherwise deal with $MSTRB within the CSD environment.
So these are two different states:
On-chain holding outside the CSD.
Conditional recognition after returning to the CSD.
Before moving a bStock outside that environment, the return conditions matter just as much as the outward route.
Which would you check first: whether an onchain transfer is possible, or whether the return conditions can be fulfilled?
