I’m watching Dusk closely because I think the real privacy question is not “Can you hide the transaction?” but “Can you prove what matters without exposing everything?”
While researching Dusk, that stood out to me. Its approach to selective disclosure allows sensitive information to stay private while authorized parties can still verify what is needed for compliance. For financial infrastructure, that seems much more practical than privacy for its own sake.
I’m also watching the security side. Audits and AEGIS-style analysis are useful, but they are only one layer. I want to see how protocol design, validator behavior, incentives, governance, and operational discipline hold up under real stress.
Dusk’s staged finality also caught my attention. The proposal, validation, and ratification stages add some complexity, but I think the transparency helps me understand how transactions move toward deterministic finality.
For $DUSK, I’m less interested in the narrative and more interested in actual demand. Gas, staking, validation, settlement, and applications need to create recurring activity.
My focus is simple: I’m watching settlement volume, network usage, validator participation, fees, liquidity, and whether activity stays organic after incentives fade.
