The more I looked into Dusk, the more I realized I had been thinking about blockchain privacy in a pretty simple way.

I always connected privacy with “hide everything.” But Dusk made me stop and think about something different: what if privacy is really about having control over what gets revealed?

That feels especially important for financial applications. You don’t necessarily want every detail of your financial life sitting in public, but you also can’t expect people to blindly trust a system they can’t verify.

That balance is what caught my attention. I’m still not sure where the line should be between privacy and transparency.

Maybe that’s the real question Dusk is making me think about.
