The transaction list lets you filter by model: Moonlight or Phoenix. Two separate rails, sitting right next to each other as dropdown options. 48,457 transactions logged, 89 contract calls in the last 24h alone.

Phoenix is the shielded model, sender/receiver/amount hidden from anyone without the view key. That's the headline pitch, the reason "privacy L1" gets attached to Dusk in every thread. But Moonlight exists specifically because exchanges and regulated integrations needed something transparent enough to actually plug into. And from what I could tell poking through recent activity, the explorer treats both as equal citizens — no default nudge toward the shielded option.
Which means privacy here isn't the rail institutions land on first. It's the rail they can opt into once they've already onboarded through the transparent one. Compliance comes standard. Confidentiality is the upgrade.
