Been consolidating above 8.2% for a while, but it's finally showing signs of life. Looking for a break above the June 2022 high next.
Broke that multi year downtrend line, retested it, and now we're pushing higher out of the double top zone. If this plays out, next stop is the 10-11% range before we start looking for a top.
