Dusk is a layer-1 for private financial apps. Its core is XSC — Confidential Security Contracts. Public docs show a standard meant to prove things without exposing data.
That’s heavy. Privacy isn’t just hiding. It’s accountability when something goes wrong. Auditors need records. Courts need proof.
They’ve had multiple testnets and steady updates. That’s real. Not loud.
But real financial stress hasn’t hit yet. Testnets can’t simulate a dispute.
So my question is simple: when someone depends on this ledger, can it show enough to be trusted?
