I've been testing bStocks on Binance over the past couple of months. It's an interesting case for CIS users looking to diversify into equity exposure without going through traditional brokerage channels.

The core mechanism: these are certificates backed 1:1 by actual shares (issued by BTech Holdings, a Binance affiliate). Not direct equity ownership, so no dividends or voting rights. But two meaningful advantages stand out — 24/7 trading and the option for self-custody via BNB Chain.

Currently, 25+ tokens are available. The original launch roster included Nvidia, Tesla, Micron, Sandisk, and Circle. Since then, SpaceX, AMD, Intel, MicroStrategy, and even an iShares South Korea ETF have been added. Worth noting: Meta and Microsoft are not available at this time, despite occasionally appearing in older overviews.

The entry point from $5 is a key feature. Fractional trading is not a niche gimmick here — for Tesla, nearly 99% of trades by count were sub-share. That suggests real capital moving in smaller increments, not just retail experimentation.

Execution is straightforward: buy directly with USDT on spot, same interface as any other crypto trade. No separate accounts, no broker verification, no currency conversion. For CIS markets, where access to US exchanges is often restricted, this provides a functional alternative.

Not a replacement for a conventional brokerage account, but as a vehicle for gaining exposure to major companies without intermediaries — it's a solid tool.
