A UK Bank Is Tokenizing £250M 🏦 $ADA holders have watched a lot of new tokens try to reach them over the years, most as a pure marketing play with no real tie to the network. That's a fair thing to be skeptical of, and it's worth asking whether a privacy angle actually holds up any better. $ZEC represents the other side of the privacy conversation entirely, optional shielding for a holder who wants to choose when to stay private. Both communities care about the same underlying question even though they rarely get pitched together, who gets to see your financial life and who decides that. MiCA and similar frameworks are pushing every serious project toward provable compliance regardless of which base layer it started on, so the ecosystem lines matter less than they used to. NIGHT launched as a Cardano Native Asset back in Q4 2025, introducing a large share of ADA holders to Midnight before most of the market had heard of it. Midnight itself is a standalone Layer 1, built to bring programmable privacy to any ecosystem willing to plug into it, privacy chains included. Nine named enterprises already run validator nodes on the network, Google Cloud and MoneyGram among them, real infrastructure with reach far beyond any single community. Monument Bank tokenizing up to £250M in customer deposits on Midnight is proof that pull reaches well beyond crypto-native audiences too. The plan from here is to keep using Cardano's reach as an on-ramp while actively building relationships in the privacy space too, Zcash's own holders being an obvious audience. That dual pull, Cardano for distribution, the privacy category for relevance, is a harder thing to build than picking one lane and staying in it. Most privacy narratives stay boxed inside one community. Midnight is turning out to be the rare privacy chain building both audiences at once. #Privacy #Altcoin Season#
