The Solana Foundation has made its Tokens platform fully open source, publishing the complete codebase on GitHub.

The platform serves as a registry for canonical assets on Solana, giving developers direct access to the infrastructure and allowing the community to inspect, contribute to, and build on it.

This could be a bigger deal than it looks.

More open infrastructure could accelerate token launches, developer adoption and institutional asset issuance across Solana.

The question now:

Does open-sourcing the stack become a new catalyst for SOL?
