When I started trading, I thought "more trades = more profit".

I was wrong.

Alesson I learned the hard way:

Chasing every green candle.

I’d see BTC pump 2% and FOMO in. Then it’d dump 5% and I’d panic sell.

Rinse and repeat until my USDT was gone 😅

What changed everything:

1. Plan first: Entry, exit, stop loss. Written down.

2. 1-2 trades per day max: Quality over quantity

3. Risk 1-2% per trade: So 1 loss doesn’t kill me

Crypto isn’t a sprint. It’s discipline.
