🚨 The most dangerous rallies aren't the ones that go straight up—they're the ones that convince everyone the worst is over.

Right now, Ethereum's bounce has split the market.

Some traders see the start of a new bullish trend.

Others believe it's simply a relief rally inside a much larger battle.

Here's my current position:

• ETH Short: 1896.34
• Position Size: 227,788 USDT
• Leverage: 50×
• Floating PnL: -2,499 USDT (-54.86%)

The numbers aren't pretty—but the reason for the trade hasn't changed.

After bouncing from the 1,800 area, social media quickly filled with calls for $2,000 ETH.

"The bull market is back."

"The correction is over."

Maybe.

Or maybe this is exactly the type of rally that forces short sellers to panic while tempting late buyers to chase.

Markets often climb on optimism before they reveal their true direction.

So far, I'm still watching for confirmation.

What's missing from this rally?

• No convincing surge in trading volume.

• No sustained buying momentum after each push higher.

• No decisive breakout that changes the broader market structure.

That doesn't automatically make the move bearish—but it does suggest caution.

Macro headlines have certainly improved sentiment:

✅ Geopolitical tensions appear to be easing.

✅ Oil prices have softened.

✅ U.S. equities have recovered.

All of these support risk assets.

But better headlines alone don't guarantee a lasting trend.

For me, price action matters more than excitement.

Until Ethereum proves it can break higher with strong participation, I'm focused on managing risk—not chasing narratives.

The market will eventually reveal the answer.

There's no need to force one before it's ready.
