Because $COTI hit a ceiling and faced a strong rejection after failing to hold near the 0.016359 high, and upside power is fading out. On the chart, the MACD shows the lines getting tight and losing steam with DIF at 0.000485 sitting right next to DEA at 0.000465, while the RSI(6) at 55.61 is dropping down from the upper zone. Price is pulling back from the peak following the sharp pump from the 0.010900 low. This looks like the start of a deeper drop to test support zones below.
