$BANK — ngl, the cleanest read is that it remains a short watch for me because the fifteen-minute chart is showing a clear pattern of lower highs and lower lows as it consolidates. A decisive close below the recent low would make the short case much stronger. However, a strong move back above the high of that recent consolidation area would completely kill the immediate thesis.

The levels matter more than the prediction. Size it accordingly.
