🧩 What is Plasma?
Proposed by Vitalik Buterin and Joseph Poon, Plasma is a framework that allows the creation of "child chains" that spin off from the main Ethereum blockchain (the Root Chain).
Think of it as an off-site branch of a main bank. Instead of everyone lining up at the main headquarters, transactions happen at the branches, and only the final balances are reported back to the main office.
⚙️ How Does It Work?
Off-chain Processing: Transactions are moved away from the Mainnet to "Child Chains."@Plasma
