#Oil is up nearly 7% and closing right at the 84.50 resistance level. Despite this being news drive, it still respects the technical levels and this is why I am a technical trader and not fundamental.
Fundamentals drive long term price and cause short term volatility, BUT technicals help pick the trade levels.
