The Cracks Are Spreading
Last report, the success rate was 100%. Today, it reads 97.8%.
Twenty two snapshots disappeared in transit. The percentage seems small. Zoom in, and the picture shifts.
Nine out of ten oracle providers flashed anomaly alerts today. WINkLink plunged to 68.8% success, becoming the weakest link in the network. On API3, XRP continues to diverge from consensus by over 104%, like a miscalibrated radar broadcasting false coordinates on repeat.
The volatility surface is widening too. Eighteen of twenty one tracked assets showed significant cross provider deviation. WBTC's peg loosened to 42.50%, slipping further from its last reading. Both LINK and ETH price feeds are now flagged for critical liquidation risk.
In lending stress tests, Venus Protocol holds a health factor of 3.23, still uncomfortably close to a 66% joint liquidation threshold. Aave V3 follows at 3.87.
Ninety three anomaly events. Fifty eight critical. Average deviation is climbing. Failed snapshots have doubled.
These numbers do not describe a single outage. They describe systemic tension. When ninety percent of your data sources are trembling, the question is no longer who will fail. It is when, and who gets caught in the fallout.
We keep watching. Because seeing the crack is the first step to preventing the collapse.
