Used to only think about wins and losses one trade at a time, never looked at the bigger picture. Turns out I was making the same mistake over and over without even noticing.
Now every weekend I go back and look at everything, what worked, what didn't, any pattern in my losing trades. Takes like 15 minutes.
Found out most of my losses were happening on the same day of the week when I was trading tired after work lol. Wouldn't have caught that just looking at trades one by one.
Zooming out weekly teaches you way more than any single trade ever will.
Do you review your trades or just move on to the next one?
