**Trump Media & Technology Group**, the parent company of **Truth Social**, has made another major Bitcoin sale by transferring **2,628 BTC**, worth approximately **$165 million**, to **Crypto.com**.

According to blockchain analytics platform **Lookonchain**, the company originally purchased **11,542 BTC** at an average price of **$118,522 per Bitcoin**. Over the past seven months, it has gradually reduced its Bitcoin holdings through multiple sales.

## Bitcoin Holdings Down 63%

With the latest transaction, Trump Media has now sold a total of **7,281 BTC** over the last seven months, valued at approximately **$545 million**. The average selling price during this period was around **$74,855 per BTC**.

Meanwhile, the company's **Nasdaq-listed (DJT)** shares have fallen by more than **25%**, closing at **$9.86** on Friday.

According to **Arkham**, Trump Media still holds **4,261 BTC**, currently worth about **$269.8 million**.

## Recent Transfers to Crypto.com

Arkham's wallet data shows two recent transfers from Trump Media-linked wallets to **Crypto.com**:

* **2,429 BTC**

* **198.9 BTC**

These transactions follow an earlier transfer on **May 22**, when the company moved **2,650 BTC**, worth approximately **$205 million**, to Crypto.com.

## Trump-Linked Crypto Ventures Under Scrutiny

The Bitcoin sales come as U.S. lawmakers continue debating the **Digital Asset Market Clarity (CLARITY) Act**, with discussions focused on ethics, digital asset ownership, and potential conflicts of interest involving public officials.

Critics have also raised concerns about Trump-linked crypto projects, including the **Official Trump (TRUMP)** and **Melania (MELANIA)** memecoins, as well as **World Liberty Financial's (WLFI)** governance token and the **USD1** stablecoin.

Although proposed amendments to the CLARITY Act aim to strengthen ethics rules, the current legislation does **not** require companies to sell their existing cryptocurrency holdings.

## Truth API Launch

At the same time, Trump Media has launched its new paid service, **Truth API**, which provides companies with licensed, real-time access to President Donald Trump's Truth Social posts.

According to reports, the service may cost up to **$100,000 per month**, offering businesses a direct feed of the platform's most market-moving posts.
