#baby $BABY I sat down today to finish a CreatorPad task on $BABY , thinking I'd spend most of my time looking at staking mechanics. Instead, I kept going back to one thing: the July 10 token unlock.

I don't hold a big position here—just a small test bag because I wanted to follow the project more closely without taking much risk. I expected to come away thinking about rewards. Instead, I found myself thinking about timing.

The team, advisors, and early investors have now moved past their lockup period, so those allocations are gradually entering circulation. Meanwhile, around 3.99B BABY is already circulating, but the protocol's long-term alignment still leans heavily on BTC + BABY co-staking becoming widely adopted.

What stood out to me is that these two processes don't move together.

Token unlocks follow a predetermined schedule regardless of market conditions or community participation. Co-staking, on the other hand, depends on users actually choosing to participate once the ecosystem matures. That creates a period where supply dynamics can change before the incentive model reaches its intended scale.

While researching, I also noticed BABY trading around $0.01134–$0.01182, still hovering close to its all-time low. I'm not treating that as bullish or bearish by itself. Price alone doesn't explain much.

What I think is more interesting is whether adoption can begin absorbing new circulating supply over time. If co-staking grows meaningfully, the market may start evaluating BABY differently than it does today. If adoption takes longer than expected, investors may continue paying closer attention to vesting schedules than reward mechanics.

I started today trying to understand staking incentives.

I finished wondering whether the vesting timeline is the bigger story right now.

What are you watching more closely with BABY today: token unlocks or future co-staking adoption?
