Hyperliquid said the initial implementation of permissionless HIP-4 deployments is now live on testnet, allowing developers to launch prediction and other outcome markets. HIP-4 is Hyperliquid’s standard for fully collateralized contracts that settle within a fixed range, supporting prediction markets and option-like products. Additional features, including configurable fees and more testnet market templates, will be introduced gradually.
