$BTC MVRV Signals We Haven't Reached Historic Capitulation Yet 📊
$BTC MVRV is currently around 1.21.
For comparison, previous bear market cycle lows were: • 2018: 0.69
• 2022: 0.75
The MVRV (Market Value to Realized Value) ratio compares Bitcoin's market value with its realized value, helping measure how far price is trading above the network's aggregate cost basis.
At 1.21, MVRV remains about 60% above the 2022 low and 75% above the 2018 low.
This doesn't guarantee another major capitulation. Market volatility has continued to decline with each cycle, making it possible for MVRV to form a higher low this time instead of revisiting previous extremes.
However, based purely on historical data, $BTC has not yet seen the same level of capitulation recorded at the last two major bear market bottoms.
BTCUSDT Perp: $64,484.7 (+1.58%)
