Today i wasn't looking at the price chart.
i opened Babylon's tokenomics dashboard instead.
One number immediately caught my attention.
Only about 36.8% of the $BABY supply is currently in circulation, while the remaining supply will unlock gradually over time.
At first, that sounded like a risk.
But the more i thought about it, the more i realized that the unlock schedule itself isn't the real story.
The real question is whether Babylon can create enough demand before more tokens enter circulation.
If developers keep building, Bitcoin Secured Networks continue growing, and more users find real reasons to participate, then future unlocks become much easier for the ecosystem to absorb.
If adoption slows down, the same unlock schedule could be viewed very differently.
That's why i've started paying more attention to ecosystem progress than daily price candles.
For me, tokenomics only tells how supply changes.
It doesn't tell whether the network is becoming more valuable.
That's the part i'm watching most closely over the coming months.
What do you think matters more when evaluating an early-stage crypto project?
The token unlock schedule or the growth of real ecosystem demand?
