I'm watching the conversations around Babylon. I'm waiting for the noise to fade before deciding what I really think. I'm looking beyond the excitement, trying to understand what people are actually trusting. I've been noticing how quickly confidence grows whenever Bitcoin is part of the story. I keep coming back to that feeling.

I like the idea of holding your own BTC while still helping secure something bigger. It feels simple. It feels right. But the more I sit with that thought, the less certain I become. I've learned that strong ideas often attract strong expectations, and expectations have a way of changing how people behave without anyone realizing it.

Maybe Babylon really is an important step forward. Maybe it deserves the attention it's getting. I just can't ignore the quiet feeling that the hardest questions usually arrive after everyone has already decided they know the answers.
