Bitcoin Was Never the Problem—Its Untapped Potential Was.

Most conversations about Bitcoin focus on one thing: holding it and waiting. I used to think the same way. But the more I explored the space, the more I realized that Bitcoin's greatest strength isn't just its price—it's the trust and security it has built over the years.

That's what drew me to Babylon (BABY).

Instead of asking me to hand over my BTC or rely on wrapped assets, Babylon introduces a different perspective. It allows Bitcoin to contribute to the security of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks while I remain in control of my own coins. That balance between utility and self-custody is what makes the idea stand out to me.

What excites me most isn't the promise of rewards—it's the possibility of giving Bitcoin a larger role in Web3 without changing what makes it valuable in the first place. To me, that's genuine innovation: expanding Bitcoin's usefulness while respecting its core principles.

No project is without risk, and every new technology deserves careful research. Still, I enjoy following ideas that challenge old assumptions, and Babylon is one of the few projects making me rethink what Bitcoin could become in the future.

Sometimes the biggest innovation isn't creating a new asset—it's discovering a smarter way to unlock the value of one that already changed the world.
