Triple-A just got rinsed for $9.7M in a hot wallet hack.
Attacker hit multiple chains (TRON, ETH, possibly TON/SOL/Polygon/Arbitrum depending on source). Swapped everything, bridged to ETH. Now sitting on ~5,227 $ETH in 0x01F8...53b1.
Worst part? Deposits were STILL LIVE during the drain. Every new deposit got auto-swept. Triple-A has said NOTHING publicly.
This wasn't some 0-day exploit or smart contract bug. Just a compromised hot wallet. Same story as always.
2025 losses are already past $750M and we're not even through Q1. It's never the fancy stuff—it's always exposed keys and bad opsec.
If you're routing payments through Triple-A, pause until they confirm containment. Merchants and users alike—don't be exit liquidity for a drained wallet.
DYOR. Stay paranoid.
