For years, most people viewed Bitcoin's greatest strength as its price appreciation. Over time, I've come to believe its real value lies elsewhere: its unmatched security and trust.

That shift is one reason I've been following @BabylonLabs_io and $BABY more closely. Rather than changing Bitcoin itself, Babylon aims to extend Bitcoin's security to Proof-of-Stake networks through native BTC staking—a concept that could strengthen blockchain infrastructure without introducing unnecessary trust assumptions.

I've also changed how I evaluate projects. Instead of focusing only on price momentum, I now ask a more important question: Does this project solve a long-term infrastructure challenge? Security is one of the few problems that will always matter.

Success is never guaranteed. Adoption, execution, and developer activity will ultimately determine Babylon's future. But if the industry continues prioritising resilient infrastructure over short-term hype, Bitcoin's security could become one of crypto's most valuable assets.

What do you think will define Bitcoin's future value—its price, or the security it can provide to the broader ecosystem?
