I've read enough crypto whitepapers to know that "revolutionary" usually means "wait and see."

Babylon made me pause for a different reason. Instead of asking Bitcoin to become something it isn't, it asks a simple question: can Bitcoin secure the next generation of PoS networks while staying native and self-custodied?

No wrapped BTC. No handing your coins to a custodian. Just using Bitcoin's economic strength in a way that actually respects what makes it valuable.

Will it become the standard? Too early to tell.

But in a market obsessed with chasing the next narrative, Babylon feels like one of the few projects trying to solve a real infrastructure problem instead of creating another layer of complexity. That's worth paying attention to.
