If whales are buying while supply on exchanges continues to shrink, that creates the kind of imbalance that can push Bitcoin toward major resistance levels. What makes this interesting is that aggressive accumulation during periods of uncertainty has historically preceded some of $BTC strongest rallies. But until price reclaims key levels with sustained volume, $70K is a bullish target, not a guaranteed outcome.
