#baby $BABY @BabylonLabs_io I keep returning to one question when I think about Bitcoin's role in the broader crypto ecosystem.
Why is the most trusted asset also the most idle one?
Gold had the same problem for centuries. It sat in vaults doing exactly one thing. Then financial infrastructure evolved around it — instruments that let gold work without gold moving.
Bitcoin is at a similar inflection point.
Babylon is one of the projects building that next layer. Not by changing Bitcoin's properties or moving it somewhere else. By letting it participate in securing other networks while staying exactly where it is.
Self-custodial. No bridges. No wrapped tokens. No counterparty risk from giving custody to someone else.
The yield is not the point. The architecture is.
And the architecture is the kind that tends to matter more as the amounts involved grow serious.
