Most traders lose because they trade chop like it’s a trend.

Trend = higher highs & higher lows (or lower lows & lower highs). You ride it.
Chop = price bouncing inside a range. You fade edges or stay out.

Mistaking one for the other is how accounts bleed. Trade what’s there, not what you hope.
