Is $BTC really breaking out... or are retail buyers walking into a trap?
Everyone’s eyeing tht $66K mark like it’s the gateway to a new bull run. Orders are lined up FOMO is creeping in, and retail is getting ready to market-buy.
I’m looking at this from a completely different angle—and setting up a short around $66K.
Here’s the logic: the real liquidity isn't up top it's sitting heavy down below. Smart money loves a good double-sweep. A quick spike past $66K clears out early shorts, triggers breakout buys, and fills the big players' sell orders.
Once that liquidity is snapped up, a fast retrace back to the $63K–$64K range feels almost inevitable.
Not every breakout has legs. I’d rather wait for a liquidity grab confirmation than ape into a crowded trade. If price holds firmly above $66K and builds acceptance, I'll happily flip my bias.
