Current Market Analysis

Bitcoin has lost one of its most important support zones.

The breakdown below the trendline has shifted market sentiment back in favor of the bears.

At this point, I see two possible paths.

Scenario 1 – Direct Continuation Lower

If sellers remain in control, BTC could continue its decline without a meaningful recovery.

This would increase the probability of testing lower liquidity zones in the coming sessions.

Scenario 2 – Final Retest

Markets rarely move in a straight line.

A short-term rebound toward the broken support (around 55K–56K) is still possible before the next leg lower.

That retest could trap late buyers before bearish momentum resumes.

Key Levels I'm Watching

📍 55K–56K → Retest / Resistance
📍 48K → First downside target
📍 44K → Major support
📍 40K → Psychological level

I'm not trying to predict the future.

I'm simply following the structure the market is presenting.

The next move will likely depend on whether BTC can reclaim the broken trendline—or if sellers continue to dominate.

Do you expect a relief bounce first, or will Bitcoin continue its decline from here?
