@NewtonProtocol
I came across Newton Protocol while looking into a few new crypto projects. At first I expected the usual story about AI changing everything so I wasn't planning to spend much time on it. But after reading more I realized it was trying to solve a different kind of problem.
What caught my attention wasn't the AI itself. It was the idea of setting clear rules before an AI agent is allowed to move funds or approve transactions. As AI becomes more involved in crypto that seems like something worth thinking about.#Newt
An AI agent probably shouldn't have complete control over a wallet. It makes more sense to define what it's is allowed to do where funds can be sent and when a person should step in to approve an action. From what I've learned that's the direction Newton Protocol is exploring.
Another thing I liked is the focus on checking whether actions follow the rules without exposing private user information on chain. That balance between verification and privacy feels practical.
I'm still reading and learning so this isn't an endorsement. I just think Newton Protocol is working on a challenge that doesn't get enough attention and that's enough to keep it on my watchlist for now.#newt
