Three $ME buyers filed a class-action complaint against Magic Eden, four co-founders, Euclid Labs and the ME Foundation in federal court in New York. The buyers allege promised use cases were delayed, diminished, or abandoned. CoinGecko data showed $ME at about $0.056 on Tuesday, down roughly 99% from its post-launch high.
