I need help from the community + Binance team regarding a P2P trade that ruined my Easypaisa account.
*What happened:*
1. I sold *152.94 USDT* to Binance Gold Merchant *Red-_-Rose* via P2P.
2. I received *Rs. 43,249* from sender account *KHANZADA 03486834291* in my Easypaisa account. I released the crypto after confirming payment. [Pic 2 + Pic 3 + Pic 4]

3. After releasing, the merchant applied a dispute. Since then my Easypaisa account is on *"Account access on hold"* due to "suspicious transaction of Rs. 43,249" [Pic 5 + Pic 6]. I can’t send/receive any money now.

*Binance Appeal Issue:*
When I filed an appeal on Binance P2P, Binance asked for proof. I submitted video proof + transaction ID + screenshots showing the Rs. 43,249 payment from KHANZADA matching the order. But Binance replied *"Proof invalid"* [Pic 2 shows Order Completed, Pic 3 shows payment proof, Pic 4 is clear Easypaisa slip with same amount/date].

*My Question:*
If the Order ID, amount Rs. 43,249, date 21 May 2026, and payment method all match 100% with the buyer’s payment proof, then why is Binance marking my proof as "invalid"? I have all evidence that I received payment from this buyer only. [Pic 1 = Merchant profile Red-_-Rose]
*Request:*
1. @Binance Customer Care please review this case. I’m a genuine seller. My Easypaisa account is blocked and I can’t do any transaction now due to this dispute.
2. Community members, please guide me. How do I make Binance accept valid proof? What exact proof does Binance want for P2P disputes?
3. Is anyone else facing this with merchant *Red-_-Rose* or KHANZADA sender?
I’ve attached all screenshots in order for reference. I’m not involved in any fraud. This was a legitimate P2P trade and now I’m stuck between Binance + Easypaisa.
*Pic Order for Post:*
1. Red-_-Rose merchant profile
2. Order Details - 152.94 USDT = Rs 43,249.75 completed
3. Binance chat with payment proof sent by merchant
4. Clear Easypaisa Transaction Successful slip - Rs 43,249 from KHANZADA
5. Easypaisa "Account access on hold" screen
6. Easypaisa "Suspicious Transaction" screen with TRX 50210884431
Please help. This is causing me major financial loss.
