🚨 P2P Scam Alert 🚨
A few moments ago, I placed a P2P order to buy crypto worth 1,000 PKR for a friend. I selected a seller with a very high completion rate and positive trading statistics, thinking the transaction would be safe.
After the order was created, the seller shared his account number and account name in the chat. I transferred the payment within 2–3 minutes as instructed. However, despite receiving the payment, the seller has still not released the crypto.
As soon as I realized there was an issue, I immediately filed an appeal against the seller without wasting any time. The appeal process may take around 4–8 hours, so now I'm waiting to see whether the crypto will be released or not.
This experience is a reminder that even sellers with good ratings can sometimes cause problems. Please be very careful when using P2P trading platforms and always stay alert to potential scams.
