In this post, we will take a look at the price outlook and chart trends of STX Coin (Stacks).
In early December, Bitcoin surpassed $100,000 for the first time after the crypto-friendly U.S. presidential candidate Trump won the election. The upward trend continued, with the price reaching a new high of $109,000 on January 20.
However, this positive trend didn’t last long. Due to the trade war initiated by the U.S., Bitcoin dropped to as low as $74,000. Fortunately, it has since rebounded and is currently trading around $94,000.

Stacks is a blockchain platform that enables smart contracts and DApp development on the Bitcoin network. It features Gaia, a user-controlled storage system that allows apps to interact with and protect personal data.
While it uses Bitcoin’s PoW security, its own DApps operate on a PoX (Proof of Transfer) consensus mechanism. It also introduced a new programming language called Clarity for secure and transparent smart contract development.

STX serves as the native token within the Stacks ecosystem, used for transaction processing, fee payments, and rewarding miners and developers.

Although Stacks’ official X (formerly Twitter) is regularly updated, there have been no recent notable developments or bullish news.
STX Price History and Trends

STX was listed at around $2.14 (₩2,950) in April 2021 and quickly surged to $4.15 (₩5,725). However, it corrected and fell to $0.43 (₩592) by June 2021.
It rebounded to around $2.80 (₩4,000) in November 2021 but dropped again to a low of $0.19 (₩257) in December 2022.
Fortunately, it rallied back to $3.97 (₩5,483) in March 2024. However, it fell again to $1.09 (₩1,500) during “Black Monday” on August 5.
It later rebounded and reached $2.90 (₩4,000) again in December 2024. But with Bitcoin’s retracement and Trump’s tariff policy in April, STX dropped sharply to $0.52 (₩716) on April 7.
Currently, it’s trading around $0.87 (₩1,200). The $0.72 (₩1,000) level acts as the first support line, while $0.94 (₩1,300) serves as the next resistance. A breakout above this may signal further upside.
